Instead of researching coins, tracking the market, and worrying about making the wrong call, J’JO automatically invests for you in the top 35 cryptocurrencies (like Bitcoin and Ethereum) through a simple, automated index.

It’s like a dynamic basket of the biggest hits in crypto, constantly updated to keep your portfolio on point.

The best part? You stay in control of your money. Your funds stay in your own exchange account, and J’JO just connects to manage your investments.

No transferring funds, no risk—just a flat subscription fee of $140 a year (or free for investments under $500). It’s beginner-friendly, with no need for crypto expertise or constant market-watching.

J’JO’s approach is based on index investing—a proven strategy that spreads your money across top-performing assets. This reduces risk and maximizes long-term growth.

Whether you’re new to crypto or just want a hassle-free way to invest, J’JO makes it easy to start building wealth with just a couple of clicks.

Expert Review

In this first-hand review, I’m going to go through and set up an account with J’JO, connect my centralized exchange account, and make my first allocation to its JJO35 index.

Let’s go!

Getting Started

First things first, getting started with J’JO is pretty damn easy.

The platform requires nothing more than a Telegram, Google, or Email sign-up, with no further details or KYC required (although, you will need a verified exchange account).

There are no confusing extra bells and whistles. Just a clean and simple user flow, which gets you straight to where you want to be—sitting back while J’JO invests for you.

Linking an Exchange Account

Once you’ve confirmed access via one of the above options, you’re ready to link a centralized exchange account. There are plenty of options to choose from, including most popular exchanges.

Unfortunately, however, there’s no Coinbase or Gemini integration—which may rule out a lot of users.

It’s worth noting two things here:

  1. The minimum investment depends on the exchange you use. BingX was the lowest with $120, while many of the others were over $1,000. This is due to requirements set by those exchanges, not J’JO itself.
  2. Free users of J’JO are allowed a maximum investment of $500, whereas anything above that requires a paid “Pro” membership. This sets a lot of exchange minimums above the free user threshold from the get-go.

If you’re curious about the process, or get stuck at any point, there’s a useful video guide to help you on your way:

The fast connect feature makes it ridiculously easy to sync up with compatible exchanges, such as BingX, in just a few clicks.

For exchanges that aren’t supported for fast connect, you’ll need to manually locate your API keys in your exchange account, which honestly doesn’t take too much longer.

Being already logged into my BingX account on the same browser, J’JO took me straight to a window on BingX. All I had to do from here was authorize J’JO’s connection to the exchange API, and I was good to go.

Allocating to an Index

Once connected, click on the J’JO35 index to make your first allocation.

You’ll get a performance chart, as well as a detailed breakdown of the asset allocations, and a big blue “Invest” button at the top of the page (not pictured).

Click “invest” to allocate some money to the index, and then enter the amount you wish to invest. Confirm the investment.

This is a good time to remind you that J’JO never controls the custody of your funds, nor does it have the power to transfer or withdraw them from your exchange account.

All you’re giving it permission to do is buy or sell certain amounts of each asset—but that money will never leave your centralized exchange account.

Once your first allocation has been made, you’ll see a summary of your investment, current balance, and growth within your J’JO account dashboard.

Remember that there’s no promise of a profit here—all you’re doing is allowing J’JO to invest in the top 35 cryptos for you. Although it will juggle asset weights and eliminate under-performers, the market timing is still on you.

my portfolio summary for my j'jo investment

To check that J’JO had indeed done what it said it would do, I checked out my balances in my linked BingX account.

And just like that, I had an instant, nicely-weighted allocation of my $121 to the top 35 assets on the market:

checking the asset allocations in my bingx account itself.

The whole process, if you already have a supported (and funded) exchange account, takes a matter of minutes, which I thought was really impressive.

To think that from here, J’JO will dynamically manage asset allocations and do all the work for me is pretty awesome!

An asset manager at your fingertips in less than 5 minutes—nice.

J’JO Customer Service

Customer service for J’JO customers is facilitated in a bunch of ways, as you’ll find when you navigate to “Help Center” in your dashboard.

As expected, there’s a help section packed with information on a variety of topics, along with a detailed FAQ section

It proved to be a useful resource for finding answers to some of the questions I had and exploring a few tidbits of information I was curious about. It’s a handy starting point for getting quick insights or clarifications.

the j'jo help center page

The AI chatbot had a bit of a hiccup—it asked if it could assist me in English but then responded in Russian, which wasn’t exactly helpful.

As for the “community” Telegram channel, it turned out to be more of an announcement hub rather than a place for open discussions. While I couldn’t ask questions there, it did provide some updates and information, so it’s still a useful resource for staying in the loop.

There was also a third Telegram link for submitting a support ticket. It just asked for my email address and the question I wanted to ask.

I was really impressed—I got a response within 5 minutes, which was awesome!

The last option is email support, but honestly, you might not even need it if you can get quick help through the Telegram support link like I did.

Who’s J’JO For?

  • The Crypto Newbie: People who are curious about crypto but feel overwhelmed by all the jargon and endless options just want an easy way to get started. J’JO’s FREE plan is perfect, with a pre-built index of the top 35 cryptos—no hassle or steep learning curve required.
  • The Time-Strapped Professional: Busy professionals don’t have time to track markets or research every investment. J’JO makes things simple by automating everything—investments, rebalancing, and portfolio management—so they can grow their wealth without lifting a finger.
  • The Risk-Conscious Investor: People who see the potential in crypto but worry about the risks. J’JO offers a smarter approach, with its index strategy spreading investments across 35 top projects. This makes it a safer, more stable way to invest for long-term growth.

Who’s J’JO Not For?

  • The Short-Term Profit Seeker: People chasing quick gains and rapid turnarounds in the crypto market. They thrive on the excitement of volatile assets and fast trades to maximize short-term profits. J’JO isn’t a great fit for them since it’s designed for long-term, steady growth, not speculative or high-risk trading strategies.
  • The Hands-On Trader: Traders love diving into the details—picking specific coins, timing the market, and chasing big wins. They enjoy analyzing charts, researching projects, and making their own decisions. J’JO wouldn’t suit them either, as it’s all about passive, long-term investing rather than active, high-risk portfolio management.

J’JO Alternatives

J’JO vs. Coinbase COIN50 Index

J’JO and Coinbase’s COIN50 both offer ways to invest in a broad mix of top cryptocurrencies, but they cater to very different needs.

J’JO is all about simplicity and control—you connect your own exchange account, and it manages the top 35 coins for you with a clear subscription fee (or free for under $500).

COIN50, on the other hand, is accessed through a perpetual futures contract with up to 20x leverage, available to institutional and advanced traders on Coinbase International Exchange—so it’s more suited to experienced investors in eligible regions.

If you want hands-off, long-term growth, J’JO is your go-to; if you’re into high-leverage, active trading, COIN50 might be worth a look.

J’JO vs. Path Crypto

These two platforms both make crypto investing easier with automation, but their approaches and audiences are quite different.

J’JO uses a flat subscription fee (or free for under $500) to manage the top 35 cryptocurrencies through your own exchange account, focusing on simplicity and diversification.

Path Crypto, on the other hand, is a registered investment advisor that offers personalized portfolio management with fees based on assets under management.

J’JO is ideal for those who want straightforward index investing, while Path is better for investors looking for tailored strategies and professional oversight.

Is J’JO Safe to Use?

Does J’JO have complete access to my funds?

J’JO connects to your existing cryptocurrency exchange account—like Binance or KuCoin—using something called API keys.

These keys let J’JO make trades for you, like buying or selling crypto to match the investment strategy you’ve chosen.

The important thing to know is that these keys are set up for trading only. They don’t allow withdrawals, so J’JO can never move your funds off the exchange.

J’JO doesn’t hold or store your funds—it just facilitates the trades within the account you’ve connected. This means you stay in control of your assets at all times.

J’JO Founders and Leadership

What’s interesting about J’JO Finance is that there’s quite little public info broadcasted about its leadership.

J’JO was founded in 2020 but since the tech was sold early, details about the current team are scarce. A few team members are listed on LinkedIn in business development and operations, but their specific contributions aren’t well-documented.

That said, this doesn’t affect how safe the platform is. As mentioned above, J’JO operates through API keys that only let them trade within your exchange account—they can’t withdraw your funds.

The worst-case scenario? A misstep in managing your investments, but your funds stay completely secure.

So, while the leadership side is a bit of a mystery, J’JO’s setup undoubtedly prioritizes user control and safety.

Final Thoughts On J’JO

If you’re looking for an easy way to invest in crypto without the hassle of managing your own portfolio, J’JO is a genius choice.

All you need to do is connect J’JO to your existing exchange account, and the software takes care of the rest. It dynamically invests your funds across the top 35 cryptocurrencies by market cap—while keeping your money safely in your exchange account.

If you’re investing over $500, you’ll need to upgrade to the Lite or Pro version. But with prices starting at just $11.66 a month, it’s great value for the convenience and service J’JO offers.

J’JO Frequently Asked Questions
