Welcome to the new week.
I love Mondays. We all come back fresh from the weekend, ready to gamble make smart bets on the tokens we like.
My strategy’s been in flux lately. I’m still down to ape, but I’m being very cautious with capital. That means I’m spending about 99.9% of my time researching and only 0.1% actually trading.
What I’m looking for now are low-risk, high-reward setups: charts that look bottomed out or are starting to build momentum.
Every Monday I bring you three tokens that fit that mold - or at least interest me enough to watch closely. Sometimes they’re quiet, sometimes they’ve already run, sometimes whales are stacking them ahead of a big move. Call this the Curiosity Column, if you will.
And let’s not forget: since this newsletter launched in June, there’s been hidden alpha in these columns. $BNKR, $MAMO, $REKT, $SANTA… all did nice little 2-5x moves after showing up here. The trick is patience: watching for whale buys, key announcements, momentum triggers, and not forcing trades when they’re not there.
Oh, and funny enough, all three today are AI-related. Didn’t plan it that way… just how the market looks right now.

$BILLY - The sneaky Polymarket predictor
Billy Bets is one of the OG sports betting bots. Built by vets Bunchu and Jared Augustine, the idea is simple: a bot that feeds you advanced sports betting intel. Each outcome is given a BSC (Billy’s Conviction Score) that shows the bot’s confidence in the prediction. Automated betting with Kalshi just opened in the US, so users can now place bets directly in Billy’s dashboard.
The concept is so painfully obvious, that I’m surprised it took someone so long to build this. Heck, I’m shocked that I didn’t think of this considering my sports NFT background.
So why’s the chart so meh?
Despite a $1M seed round with support from Coinbase Venture, this thing keeps ranging in the $5M-$9M range. The NFL season just started, so this thing should be FLYING.
The only possible reason I can see: they recently pivoted off Solana (good move) and relaunched on Base. But the pairing with Virtuals means liquidity is low and stagnant. Should have been a $USDC or $ETH pair on Aerodrome, imo.
Why I’m bullish
- They announced a $1M seed round backed by Coinbase Ventures (future CB listing?)
- The bot actually makes money
- They have direct integration with Kalshi and Polymarket
The bet here is whether the bot can outperform most bettors and turn consistent profit for token holders and vault depositors. Similar idea to $SIRE but built completely differently (Player tracking on SIRE vs. Advanced insight on BILLY). Either way, 0xJeff has both tokens on his list of potential winners.

I missed the initial boat even after chatting with the team back in August. TA-wise, it’s stuck in a $5M-$9M box. Break above that and it probably rips. I’m watching closely.

$GRIFFAIN - What do they know
Griffain was one of the biggest names during the 2024 AI boom. A DeFAI terminal on Solana, similar to $PROMPT or $BNKR, it was THE hot project for a while.
And the run was nuts. It went from $5M to $626M in just 50 days. It even got a perp listing on Hyperliquid.
But since then? Brutal comedown. Down to a $33-36M range and the team hasn’t tweeted since April. Looks totally dead right?
Wrong.
Someone just dropped $200,000+ into it. And that wallet happens to hold $16M worth of SOL.

$MIN - The perfect base setup
You guys all know my classic Base formula: DeFi infra + AI backing + ex-Coinbase founder or dev. $MIN checks those boxes.
It’s a no-code AI platform where anyone can spin up an app (like an NFT marketplace or a mobile wallet app). The project launched on Virtuals earlier this year and started trending again last month after bringing on Andrew Choi, ex-tech lead at Coinbase, as head of dev relations.
It's not the most novel idea, but Andrew must have signed on for a reason. So this could cook once they roll out announcements (if they have any).
Why I’m bullish
- They recently ran buybacks (always a catalyst).
- Teasing a new product deployment soon.
- Chart is bouncing back from a $2M weekly low.
How to trade
I flagged this in the Degen PRO Discord chat on August 21 and even took a short-term trade. It retraced back to my entry and I bailed. I think it’s worth accumulating here if you want to bet long-term, but keep expectations in check - Andrew isn’t the founder, and execution risk is real.

Sometimes the best alpha is hiding in plain sight. I like watching projects that had massive early hype, then cooled off, but quietly kept building - that’s where the real opportunities often lie.
